Argentinian Steakhouse El Gaucho Bratislava, Slovak member of the globally established El Gaucho chain, holds a well-deserved reputation as one of the trendiest eateries in Bratislava.

 

Restaurateur and owner, Jonathan Himi, saw a need for a specialty upscale steakhouse in Bratislava and envisioned a stylish place that would become a benchmark of its type for food, service and atmosphere. His vision came into fruition by opening a restaurant in the El Gaucho tradition – a modern, yet traditional, fine dining steakhouse introducing glamour, hospitality and a cuisine of Argentina.  Himi’s dedication to bring a true essence of the authentic steak cuisine to the people of Bratislava originates from his love for quality food, prime meats and a passion for Argentina. “My desire was to create a unique establishment that would combine distinguished cuisine, exciting atmosphere, and a supreme service.  I believe that El Gaucho offers this exceptional experience, and simultaneously sets the trend for the next level of gourmet dining in Bratislava”, says Himi.

 

El Gaucho’s interior designed by architect Juraj Koneval features an elegant environment blending the elements of retro and modern in a mix of intricate detail and sophisticated simplicity, succeeding to create an inviting atmosphere ideal for any occasion.

Our specialty charcoal grill, exclusively developed for the El Gaucho chain, serves as the focal point in the kitchen allowing us to maintain and accentuate the original flavor of the naturally raised meat.  To complement hearty steaks, poultry, seafood, and tempting side dishes, El Gaucho’s impressive wine selection available by the glass or bottle has been hand-picked to match the flavors of the menu, offering some of the best wines from around the world at a great price.
