During the three-day/two-night stay you’ll enjoy the opportunity to taste the excellent Barolo, Nebbiolo or Barbera wines, get to know the secrets of theirs specific tastes directly in the vineyards, and also share your opinions with the owner of the winery. You’ll aslo enjoy the atmosphere of the unique truffle festival Palatartufo – Alba White Truffle Market in the little town of Alba, that for few days becomes the capital of white truffles. And among the extraordinary culinary experiences you can count the white truffle dinner and also the lunch prepared from the local fresh ingredients and specialties by the owner of El Gaucho – Nathan Himi .
