Ever wondered how to reproduce that perfect steakhouse steak? Or how to achieve that ideal tenderness while still keeping the juice? Wonder no more, because grilling steak just got easier! We invite you to El Gaucho to learn how to grill steak to perfection. Good news is that steak techniques are not all that difficult. So, do not hesitate and join us for an afternoon of grilling and culinary tips from the pros at El Gaucho. After you learn about premium beef cuts, different grilling techniques and how to prep your steak for grilling, you can select a practice steak recipe and begin your grilling experiences.

 

Every weekday from 4 pm to 6 pm, we will teach interested candidates all they need to know about grilling. Lessons are held for 4 to 5 people per group. 15 Eur per person fee includes consumption of prepared meal. This is a 100% hands on lesson, and all you need to bring is your desire to learn and an open mind. We will take care of the rest.
